NA for Change was featured on several news sites on June 17th, the day of our Caravan for Change and appearance at the School Board meeting to present our petition, A Letter to North Allegheny on Anti-Racism, which at the time had garnered over 500 signatures in just a couple of days. KDKA, WPXI, and the Pittsburgh City Paper interviewed the six alumni who founded NA for Change, giving us a platform to speak on the importance of the movement. We publicly demanded more from the district and voiced our optimism for the changes to come.
On a day made possible by the incredible support from the NA community, we were emboldened by the coverage and wider support for our cause.
